Ren and Stimpy_Black Hole_Background Creature

The Ren and Stimpy episodes "Black Hole" and "Stimpy's Invention" are my two favorite episodes in the entire show, and ever since I was a kid, I noticed a most unusual background creature in the "Black Hole" episode.  A really goofy-looking amphibian-like creature with a superimposed black and white photograph of a man in suit and tophat.  This always stuck out to me because as far as I know, that's the only time Ren and Stimpy ever utilized any real life photographs in the cartoon.  25 years after this glorious episode debuted on the airwaves, I, David Kozak Jr., am probably the very first Ren and Stimpy fan to draw fanart of this standout background creature.
