Kozak's Double Decker Pork Belly Sandwich

This June, I got a smoker from the nearest Cabela's and this is the first time I successfully smoked meat (in this case, pork belly).  Smoked meat connoisseurs don't recommend smoking pork with mesquite wood chips, but I said "screw it" and did precisely that, and it came out very good!  To go with the pork belly, I made a root beer BBQ sauce and made a double decker sandwich with toasted Italian bread I got from the bakery section at the nearest Whole Foods.  I initially planned to add some cheddar and/or Gouda cheese to the sandwich, but the pork belly is so rich, the sauce going with the meat is just enough.  Munching on this now and I'll be lucky to finish half of it tonight.
